No. Unique to our practice is a membership or cash per visit option for you and your family's primary health care needs. If you do not have health insurance, you can opt for a monthly membership or pay per visit.
No, we have the ability to meet urgent care type needs during regular office hours. However, we do require that a small amount of paper work be completed prior to being seen for the first time . We offer cash pay visits for $120 for non-insured or non-Zuri Health members.

Yes, you will be required to pay the monthly membership per the specific plan you choose. This affordable monthly fee allows for you to be able to access services. This includes same day or next day appointments. Being a member gives you direct access when the inevitable unforeseen occurs.
Yes, however you will be required to re-enroll and will be subjected to the enrollment fee again
No, An advanced nurse practitioner is not a doctor. However, Nurse Practitioners are board certified and have unique and well balanced skill set for providing primary care. Their skills range from diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, to prescribing medications and developing appropriate plans of care.
